How quickly do we ship and how to check order status. 

We ship through South Africa  from Kyalami in Midrand.

Orders normally take a day for processing depending on volume. Shipping times will depend on your location. Major city destinations usually arrive quicker. 

Major areas: 1-2 days 

Outlying areas: 2-3 days

Tracking numbers will be included with your shipment verification email and can be tracked here.

 

Do we have a retail store location? Hours of operation?

Our warehouse cannot cater to the public at this time. 

Pre Paid Orders can be collected by prior arrangements only.

 

Shelf life and storage of flavour concentrates.

Flavour concentrates have a shelf life of approximately 1 to 2 years depending on the date of production and the type of flavour. For best practice, store in a cool dry place away from heat and light.

 

What payment methods do we accept?

Payfast cannot accept Credit Cards as per banking regulations on the Vape Industry.

2. You Can also chose to EFT directly into our Absa Account. (Use Order Number as ref) 

 

Do we offer wholesale accounts?

Yes we do. Simply send us an email with your request and we will immediately set you up with a wholesale account for your business. Bulk quantity orders do require longer processing times, so ordering in advance according to the size of your order is recommended.

 

Flavor Specification Sheets, MSDS/SDS and Certificates of Analysis.

Flavour Specification sheets can be obtained by emailing the appropriate flavour producer a request for the flavour you would like information on. Flavour specifications are continually updated by our flavour suppliers.
