This is a bright, sweet, lightly creamy custard flavour. If you enjoy fresh fruit flavours, you need this! It works perfectly with most all fruit flavours to add a sweet, creamy, bright custard flavour. Use it from less than 1% up to 2% in any recipe for a creamier, smoother flavour. Excellent with coffees and other beverages. FlavourArt is an Italian company, so they’ve included the light vanilla and lemon zest flavour as an Italian pastry chef likely would. 

Ingredients: Artificial Flavour, Propylene Glycol.

Soluble in water.

Suggested usage: 2-3%
